In-person personal training

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we’ve switched our clients who we used to train at home to training live online via Zoom. This has worked well so we plan to continue like this until it’s safe to train indoors again.

However, if you prefer to have a personal trainer in-person we can still train you outdoors in your local park in Paris.

When doing so, we conscientiously respect the guidelines regarding mask wearing and social distancing and provide you with hand sanitiser before, during and after each session.

Online training is becoming more and more popular because it provides you with the accountability, support and direction that you need to reach your goal whilst being more flexible and affordable.

We provide this in various formats to cover all budgets and personal preferences:

Standard online training

Includes:
  • An initial 45 minute session to assess your movement and teach you correct exercise technique.
  • A personalised training program based on the results of your assessment. Updated weekly to ensure you make consistent progress. Delivered via easy-to use software with videos of all exercises and registering of your training results and progress measurements.
  • Nutrition guidelines & lifestyle recommendations.
  • Bi-weekly 15 minute accountability check-in via Zoom.
Who it's for:
  • You want the professional guidance and expertise of a personal trainer in order to ensure you’re training efficiently and effectively.
  • You’re on a lower budget.
  • You’re self-motivated to train on your own and consistently follow simple nutrition guidelines.
  • You’re comfortable learning new exercise techniques via video demonstrations.

Premium online training

Includes:
  • An initial 90 minute session to assess your movement, teach you correct exercise technique and conduct a detailed nutrition assessment.
  • A personalised training program based on the results of your assessment. Updated weekly to ensure you make consistent progress. Delivered via easy-to use software with videos of all exercises and registering of your training results and progress measurements.
  • A Custom nutrition plan based on the results of your detailed nutrition assessment. Includes help with planning of meals, dealing with potential obstacles and setting-up with preferred tracking method.
  • Weekly 15 minute accountability check-in via Zoom.
  • Email support (unlimited questions).
Who it's for:
  • You’ve found it difficult to lose weight before so you need additional help with nutrition coaching to ensure you get the results you want.
  • You have a moderate budget.
  • You’re self-motivated enough to train on your own but you still want the professional guidance and expertise of a personal trainer to ensure you’re training efficiently and effectively.

Live premium online training

This is what we’ve been doing with our current in-person clients since the start of the pandemic.

Includes:
  • A personal trainer guides and supports you through each one hour session online via Zoom, providing you with the same detailed attention as they would if they were with you in-person.
  • An initial 60 minute movement assessment and technique session.
  • A personalized training program based on the results of your assessment. Updated weekly to ensure you make consistent progress.
  • If you travel and are unable to train at the usual times we deliver you your workouts via easy-to-use software so you can continue to follow your program while you’re away. We update your program according to the equipment you have at your disposal.
  • An initial 60 minute detailed nutrition assessment and planning session.
  • A Custom nutrition plan based on the results of your detailed nutrition assessment. Includes help with planning of meals, dealing with potential obstacles and setting-up with preferred tracking method.
Who it's for:
  • You want a personal trainer to guide and support you through every training session you do to maximize your results.
  • You have trouble pushing yourself while training alone and/or you need extra attention to ensure you’re using correct technique and/or you need extra coaching to improve your nutrition and lifestyle habits in order to lose weight/gain muscle mass.
  • You have a higher budget.

Nutrition Coaching

Whether you train with us in-person or online, if you’re serious about getting results then you need to support your training with a sensible nutrition program.

We help you identify aspects of your current nutrition and lifestyle that may be inadvertently preventing you from being in the calorie deficit required to lose weight (or the calorie surplus required to bulk up).

There’s no single approach that works for everybody which is why we’re not dogmatic about any one set of ‘diet rules’.

However, there are general principles that, when followed, make it easier for you to consistently make choices that move you in the direction you want to go in.

We teach you strategies to help reduce stress, improve your sleep, optimize your physical activity, mitigate cravings for reward foods, manage your appetite and design your ‘food environment’ so that it’s easier to consistently make healthier food choices.

And we provide you with the accountability and support that you need to reach your goal and sustain your progress over the long term.

We have a minimum commitment of three months for each training package. Six and twelve month packages are also available.

The only shorter program we offer is the online low back pain rehab program whose duration is dependent on the progress of each individual.

For in-person personal training in Paris and Live Online Premium Training we offer packages of 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week.
