Trying to out-train a bad diet is a losing battle, so one of your first sessions usually involves a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment to determine which changes to your current habits will have the biggest impact on your results.
There are many approaches to losing body fat to but they all involve achieving a calorie deficit (consuming less calories than you expend). We’re not dogmatic about any single method. Instead, we help you find what works best for you and your individual lifestyle and preferences.
The strength training you’ll be doing concurrently will help ensure that the weight you lose while in a calorie deficit is fat and not muscle.
