1. STANDARD ONLINE TRAINING

Includes

  • Initial video movement assessment and technique session.
  • Personalized training program: based on the results of video assessment + goals, preferences, lifestyle and injury history. Updated regularly to make sure you make consistent progress. Delivered via easy to use software with videos of all exercises and recording of your results and progress.
  • Nutrition guidelines & lifestyle recommendations (based on your answers to the initial health questionnaire)
  • Bi-weekly 15 minute video check-in

Who it's for

  • You’re self-motivated to train on your own and consistently follow simple nutrition guidelines
  • You have enough training experience to learn any new techniques via exercise videos
  • You want the professional guidance and expertise required for you to train efficiently and effectively, but you’re on a lower budget.

2. PREMIUM ONLINE TRAINING

Includes

EVERYTHING in the Standard online training package PLUS:

  • Custom nutrition plan: based on the results of a detailed nutrition assessment & initial nutrition session. Includes help with planning of meals and set-up with preferred tracking method
  • Weekly 15 minute video check-in: either for technique assessment/ guidance or nutrition/lifestyle coaching
  • Nutrition and lifestyle habit-tracking + Email support (unlimited questions)
  • Monthly video assessment

Who it's for

  • You’re self-motivated to train on your own but you need more guidance with correct exercise technique and/or support with nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help you lose weight
  • You want to be able to ask as many questions as you like about any difficulties you’re having
  • You don’t want the hassle of constantly updating your program yourself or you don’t have the necessary knowledge to do so effectively, and you have a moderate budget

3. LIVE PREMIUM ONLINE TRAINING

EVERYTHING in the Premium online training package PLUS:

  • A trainer will accompany you through each 1 hour session online, as they would in person (this is the option all of our current in-person clients have switched to during the current lockdown).

ONLINE LOW BACK PAIN PROGRAM

We follow Dr. Stuart McGill’s evidence-based approach for dealing with low back pain. 360PT founder, Andy Marlow has attended McGill’s clinical courses in the USA and the Netherlands. He is the only McGill Method Certified personal trainer in France.

Includes

  • An extensive online biomechanical assessment to identify the postures, movements and loads that cause your pain
  • Guidance on how to practice ‘spine hygiene’ and avoid provoking your pain
  • A plan to become pain-free again. Once this baseline is achieved we help you develop the muscular endurance and strength required for a robust, injury-resistant back.
  • The program consists of one initial 2 hour assessment session, then 3 additional weekly 1 hour exercise sessions, which can be used over a period of 3-6 weeks, depending on your individual speed of recovery.
  • A daily exercise prescription is provided via easy to use software with videos of all exercises.

Who it's for

  • You have low back pain that varies in intensity throughout the day. If your pain changes, there is a reason. We’ll help you identify and understand the reason to help you become pain-free again.
  • Pain pills and rest haven’t made your back better.
  • You’re ready to take responsibility for and be involved in the healing of your back, instead of expecting passive treatments to ‘fix’ it for you.
  • You’re prepared to engage in a daily exercise program to expand your pain- free capabilities and develop an injury-resistant back.
